Kidneys are two fist-sized organs that are located in our abdominal cavities. This organ is so vital to one’s health and life that without them nobody can live or survive. The reason for this is the fact that this organ acts and functions a very vital role in making the body well and on top of its shape. One of the things that it does is it clean the body or the blood of waste materials. Second, it functions as the way to get rid of extra fluid in one’s body through urine. And third but not the last, it help makes red blood cells.
The question that lingers on one’s head who is also health conscious is what will happen to the body if this vital organ fails. As mentioned above, this organ functions three roles to make the body physically fit, especially in cleaning-up the waste materials of the body.
It is important then to know and be educated on the symptoms of kidney failure since this is vital to one’s health and his life as well. Yet, the problem with trying to prevent kidney failure by observing if one has its symptoms is difficult. The reason for this is the fact that the early stages of kidney failure do not show any signs at all.
Nevertheless, listed below are couple of the symptoms one usually experience when this vital organ fails to function.
Build up of Fluids
Since the function of the kidney is to get rid of extra fluid, failure of this organ to function makes the body store more fluid than usual. And this can be seen first on the part of the feet and legs.
Anemia
Since kidney helps make red blood cells, failure to create these cells can make one anemic. This can make one weak and tired since there is no longer enough red blood cells going around his veins.
