With today’s youth, there is a great shortage of qualified foster parents. Many people are having a difficult time in just raising their own children, let alone someone else’s. But the truth is we must open our doors to these children to give them a chance to grow up knowing someone cares for them. Children are vulnerable, and the children in need of foster parents the most.
